ABOUT
Kyle Dickson-Smith is an independent arbitrator, international lawyer and author, having advised and acted for companies and governments on trade/investment and commercial law.
Practicing in Australia and North America, Kyle Dickson-Smith has extensive experience in international and domestic commercial arbitrations, trade disputes and investment treaty arbitrations. Kyle has worked on arbitrations in a variety of contexts and industries under the UNCITRAL, ICDR/AAA and ICSID arbitration rules, amongst others.
He has acted in investor-state proceedings under the NAFTA/CUSMA, AANZFTA and bilateral investment treaties (BITs). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
