Practicing in Australia and North America, Kyle Dickson-Smith has extensive experience in international commercial disputes and investment treaty arbitrations. Kyle acts in arbitrations under the UNCITRAL, ICDR/AAA and ICSID arbitration rules, amongst others. He has acted in investor-state proceedings under the NAFTA and bilateral investment treaties (BITs). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a member of the ACICA panel of arbitrators.
